First off we don’t know what is happening in the video.
In Florida you vote on a paper ballot and then have it electronically scanned and counted in front of you . Most likely what we are seeing is the paper ballots after they have been counted!! These ballots are stored in storage in case of a recount The question is what happens if the truck goes missing?
But it does seem to lackadaisical in securing the ballots.
