The point of the information being presented is that this is not some natural old fashioned outbreak like many years ago in America, no matter what you think about vaccines. This is a direct result of importing migrants.

In the old days we had Ellis Island where people were checked and quarantined if necessary, and only allowed in if it was safe. But today we let in incurable TB and all kinds of other diseases. It wasn't mentioned in the link but cryptosporidium parasite is in the water supply in places now from middle easterners, and that is another one that is sometimes untreatable.
