If she just can't even sit on any cases for lets say the next half-year...is she allowed to just hold up that seat for political reasons and continue to try to cock block until they can hopefully get a Dem President elected? Or would there be some rules that would require her to either be present to some minimum number of cases or else retire and be replaced? Yeah no shit Captain Obvious. That's why I asked the question you nitwit. But I searched about what would happen if a Justice is sick and unable to participate and refuses to resign and basically found that they would just have to be impeached due to refusing to retire but still receiving pay but not being able to perform the job. So hopefully the House does start an Impeachment on her before the end of the year! So it can go the Senate before Dems get the House! Has it slipped your mind that the House is now controlled by the Demunists? For the next 2 years, or 6 if necessary, they will not agree on what's for lunch much less anything which might actually benefit the American people.
