I hope the hawaii judge doesn't block this.
Quoting: Mccruise Trump uses the orders of a district judge to stall. Trump really does NOT want to halt any kind of immigration. A President can not be stayed by a district judge. Constitution sets up President, Congress and SCOTUS as equals. Only SCOTUS is required by Constitution. All others are inferior courts created by Congress as such have no Constitutional power to stay a President. Notice Trump has sent Army Combat Engineers to build border barriers, obviously if Trump has authority to do this today he had authority to sen Engineers to build a wall / barrier 2 years ago. Notice DOJ and DHS are now issuing regulations to deny asylum to any illegal entering outside legal entry points. If Trump has authority to do this today he certainly had authority to take action 2 years ago. Obviously Trump has authority to stop nonsense at the border if he actually WANTED to. Kinda makes you wonder whats really going on. Depending on your local area you might have a better chance of blocking them there than with the federal level. Get to working with those seated over your local jurisdiction, if they are caught gaming the people there they have to live with them after it and lose their chair or seat for it.
