As for THIS statement:

"Today's rule applies this important principle to aliens who violate such a suspension or restriction regarding the southern border imposed by the President by invoking an express authority provided by Congress to restrict eligibility for asylum."

I get the impression that this release is stating that no dissent that any member of Congress may try to use to invalidate this ruling will be grounds for such Alien national to try to supersede this ruling.

If congress won't fund the building of a wall, this is a great second choice. Now we just need NPR to broadcast this order into Mexico and other Latin American countries and maybe the influx of illegals will cease.

If so, we should shut down the border completely. ????? That anyone should come from Mexico or reach Mexico from further south and continue to the US makes no sense.

DoJ recently published a new policy regarding renegade judges. They said that any judicial ruling that is NOT within the jurisdiction of such a judge will not be observed.

In other words, the progressive judge in Hawaii cannot rule on actions that occur in, for example, Texas, or any national policy.

Of course, the dims will object and file suit. Then the SC will rule in the Administration's favor.

It is easy to understand the panic of the dims over DJT's supreme picks. With this one policy and ruling, they will render null and void the judicial activists.

Most get overturned by scotus or other courts with no issue but it still causes delays, he should have placed these rules months ago when the caravan of invaders first formed.
