It's hard for states to get $$ for schools and federal programs when none of us know what we got as far as illegals go. That makes us all pay more state taxes. Just my 2 cents. There is an obscure federal law whereby if the feds find a city so corrupt they can actually send in the feds and put the city/county under federal receivership until new people can be elected. And if in receivership, I would think that the only plausible solution would be to toss all ballots, negate the whole election in affected areas and START OVER w/ whole new vote. And thought struggles against the results, trying to avoid those unpleasant results while keeping on with that way of thinking.
