If the 'communists' wanted as many U.S. citizens getting 'high' as possible, then we wouldn't have had a war waged against it for 6 decades now would we have? They wouldn't have locked people up for simple possession and small scale distribution - now would they have?

If they wanted you consuming cannabis it never would have been made illegal in the first place...
