Communism has been prettied up by Hollywood and historians. Most average every day people have a deeply negative reaction to Nazis, but not so much for the far greater evil, if you count deaths, destruction, enslavement, of communism. The world is an oligarchy. They use communism, socialism, capitalism as they feel the need. They always need a dialectic, or competition among ideas in order to create a tension that makes things easier to manage. People get caught up and spend their lives believing in one idea or another, when they are all just made up by the rulers. Even things like the cold war are at the highest levels complete nonsense. At the lower levels people die fighting it. But at the highest levels all that matters is maintaining control. To learn who rules over you, find out who you are not allowed to criticize.
