I recently downgraded to an ancient flip phone with no GPS.

It wasn't for the GPS specifically though. Check out your Google "My Activity" tab one day. It tells you everything you searched, every call, every message, every location, every app and a ton of other information in chronological order.

A complete stranger can (and do) watch you every move and even know what you're thinking (by messages and search history) while you're at that location.

It's pretty creepy.
