Being that President Trump is a guy who likes to negotiate and lacks control of the House and a lot of the budget/spending that comes with the House.. I don't see any reason he'd lock a bunch of them up, not yet anyway. He has leverage and it would seem he'd dangle the fact every time he wants something. I don't think we'll see much for swamp draining until after re-election, especially if they retain the senate and regain the House.
