Saying "fire" is not illegal, but yelling "fire" in a crowded area is.
Quoting: BRIEF Yes. Just like saying bomb is not illegal but yelling it pretty much anywhere crowded is. Texting a swastika is not illegal. Period. Airdropping it in a NAGGER school may be illegal! No. I don't see how it could be. Their feelings don't trump his rights. It's rude and ill advised but not illegal. They just want to make an example of this kid so they can scare anyone who doesn't think like them. The kid wanted to incite panic...which could have injured people
