I'm just curious if anyone knows the answer to this. Obama signed an Executive order to instate DACA. He Also signed an Executive order that gaves him control over the internet, "in case of a national emergency." (in 2012) [link to obamawhitehouse.archives.gov (secure)] Since Google, and others are complying with Deep State through censoring, does his executive order still stand? Anyone know? EOs stay in effect until another president rescinds them. Example of the gold confiscation by FDR in 1934. Repealed by Gerald Ford in the 1970's. This made it legal for US citizens to own gold again (it was unconstitutional to forbid gold ownership in the first place). When you are afraid of losing your life, you have already lost your life. If Congress wants to over turn an EO they have to have super majorities in both houses and it must be done within 45 days of the issuance of the EO.
