Reminds me of a poem i wrote a couple years ago. The lighthouse of course ;)

A lighthouse amongst the darkness of a sea it sits
The stairs are all weathered and torn from the storms
The walls are filled with moss and dents
Yet there it stands
A beacon beckoning
With light that shines brighter than a harvest moon
As the starry night shines down against the deep blue sea
The moon watches over the lighthouse which watches over me :)
