I only have one rule, I apply it to everybody, treat me the way you want me to treat you.

that's a good friend but even better that you are still willing to change.

my husband and I change together, we never had to push the other into it but it's more of a personal thing rather than something for the other but it still works, its like we remained on the same level. It's usually me he will notice it in and follow, it's not my place to say to him what he needs to change but we both adapt easy to these changes.
