Re: What would you say to him?
Some people just have a deep sense of melancholy.

I'm one of them.

Society and the world and its ugliness just gets to me and I feel it deeply.

I can have moments of deep depression because of it and I have to pull myself out.

You can do it, God has already given you the strength, just realize it and capitalize on it!

Yes, that is the word for it because I had been researching it...melancholia

Just kind of sadness and sometimes you don't even know why.

Well, doing my best! No alcohol makes it wayyyyy easier. Unfortunately, had to distance myself from old "friends" because of this.

I think we all carry some sadness within of things that haven’t been truly healed. I feel like many of it is coming to the surface individually and collectively in order to be healed.

Thank you.

Idk...still have some really deep sadness I can't put my finger on...sometimes it feels it comes outside of myself.

You know, I've committed more to my vitamins/supplements again and after about 2 weeks back at it I have noticed some improvement.

Yes, I read this the other day:
[link to www.sciencedaily.com (secure)]

It seems to have helped me some. I'm going to put my new heating pad on, listen to some piano music, and burn some more incense.

I put some incense on last night after my bike ride and sat in my chair and fell asleep. I have to be really relaxed to fall asleep in a chair!
 Quoting: Waterglass

Sounds like you are doing everything you need to be doing right now. One step at a time.

Also don’t forget to take much needed relaxation breaks and kick your feet up and just be. :)

You may be an empath.

Look that up.

I can help you there, been living with it all my life.
 Quoting: ~Newton's Own~

Oh, apparently I am...I am finding. I'm also very psychic and it is hard to separate myself from others.

Well, sure any links or help you can offer would be good.

The burden irritates me at times. I live a chaste, ascetic, and humble life. I use no prescription or streets drugs and use no alcohol. I eat very clean and work hard everyday. I've also water fasted somewhere between 40-50 days this year so far (not all in one go). I just kind of got the why me thing going on...with the affliction.

Time will work this out hopefully.

 Quoting: Waterglass

The important thing for an empath to realize is you can feel others emotions in a deep way.

Sometimes, early on, we latch onto those emotions and make them our own and they affect us deeply, we "chase the rabbit" so to speak.

Learn to let those emotions just wash over you and don't chase the rabbit.

Then, you'll see clearly and you'll know.

The greatest thing I have found needed being an empath is to recharge. Sometimes it’s good to just disconnect.

Also, learning to be still as the emotions pass through you instead of letting them effect you. Remaining balanced, center and still.

Raise vibration when feeling down with positive thoughts, nature, music works as well.

Hmm, good advice. This is something I need to do more consciously. Like for instance maybe just taking a big deep breath when I get overwhelmed and not chasing it down.

Lately, I've just been asking God, guides, whoever....what should I do about x or y? Because I often times I do get caught up in the emotions and do something irrational or make a situation worse.

I started learning and believing more and more in this empathy or outright psychic ability as time went on. I am sure you understand but, you are able to see clearly enough given some proofs here or there that certain things are coming from outside of yourself. It sounds crazy to a large portion of the population but, I have enough evidence for me. At the end of the day it does not effect my ability to be a productive member of society to believe these things. But there is a stigma.

In my case, pride has nothing to do with my choice not to participate in this thread.

Number one glp locks me out.

Number two, I have free will; and the capacity to chose.

I have the right to not participate in what I see as misdirection.

I've already talked to multiple people off the forum whose self identities have been scrambled because of this whole anomaly nobody psyop.

I see it as treachery, you can call that hubris on my part.

My teacher at sharedwisdom teaches of a healthy ego, not an obliterated one

If I wasn't humble enough, I don't think its likely God would gave even me a chance.

I'm not the one spending all my time on glp, and when I speak it is not to misdirect anybody or because I don't know what I'm talking about.

I also think credits are due to those whom it is deserved.

Not by others trying to claim what they really actually don't even understand.

That's not the way to teach, or for anyone to learn the truth.

If you think we are all going to grow and change by participating in what is little more than misdirection.

That's on you.

Its well known I mostly declined participation on top of being locked out regularly.

Its like trying to get to your destination 10 feet in front of you, by walking all the way around the planet in the other direction; and backwards to get there.
