Over the millennia several wise teachers came around trying to explain this to people, for example Neo of Matrix fame:

Thread: AI EXPERT SAYS WE ARE SUMMONING ROBOT “ENTITIES” WHO WILL TREAT US LIKE ANTS

AI expert Geordie Rose says that tech developers are summoning “entities” into existence which will have the same indifference to humans as we have towards ants. “They're not gonna be like us…they’re gonna be way smarter than every single person in this room in ways that we can’t even comprehend,” said Rose. He then mentioned Elan Musk’s concerns about artificial intelligence taking over humanity, but cautioned that the word “demons” doesn’t even capture the true scope of what will happen..

Rose said that this massive transformation was happening in the background while people were distracted bickering about politics.

As we have exhaustively explained, the elite plans to fuse with AI to create the singularity while the masses will be left behind as a slave class or, according to some, exterminated completely.

Re: What would you say to him?
A lot of sci-fi novels predict a sort of AI familiar that lives in your head or personal computation device, a sort of extension of yourself via AI that works as a sort of personal SIRI, and this is a rather fun thing, not scary at all.

Those old "humans must be pure!" people are also predicted in all the good sci-fi novels, as the sort of primitive doofuses terrorizing humanity, generally, a sort of fanatic cult religion.

A notable series is the Commonwealth saga + the continuation, the Void Trilogy, if you are into reading sci-fi novels and haven't gotten around to this most brilliant series yet.

Oh right after posting that I recalled a pretty good and much less dense novel series, the WWW series (the Peter Hamilton series above is about 5 bricks long) about the emergence of an AI and the public responses involved.

WWW: Wake
Caitlin Decter is young, pretty, feisty, a genius at math, and blind. When she receives an implant to restore her sight, instead of seeing reality she perceives the landscape of the World Wide Web-where she makes contact with a mysterious consciousness existing only in cyberspace.

Re: What would you say to him?
Thread: Five Options For A U.S. Military Response To Iran

1. Enhance air defenses around Saudi cities and oil facilities. By defending against similar attacks in the future, this avoids an immediate attack on Iran and is the least provocative. The Saudis already have extensive air defense capabilities, but they have a lot of territory to defend. The United States could send another Patriot battery to help out and perhaps some additional radars to give more warning. This would reinforce the Patriot battery sent back in May and replace the batteries withdrawn from the region in 2018.

2. Launch a missile strike at Iranian military facilities. Under this option, the United States would use its long-range missiles from aircraft or Navy ships to strike Iranian military targets, for example, airfields and naval port facilities. The United States frequently did this against Iraq under Saddam and against al Qaeda in Afghanistan. Trump himself used missile strikes in 2017 to attack Syrian military targets in retaliation for chemical weapon attacks. This is also the option that Trump was apparently on the verge of implementing when he decided at the last minute to call it off because of potential Iranian casualties.

3. Launch missiles and airstrikes against a broad range of Iranian targets, including civilian infrastructure. These attacks would go beyond attacks against military targets to include attacks against command and control facilities, such as the Iranian Ministry of Defense or, more likely, the headquarters of the Iranian Republican Guard Corps. The strikes would also hit key civilian infrastructure such as electrical generation, bridges, and communications networks. The point would be to threaten the military and civilian leadership and put pressure on the Iranian people.

4. Conduct an extended air campaign. An extended air campaign would go beyond a single strike or group of strikes and last days or even weeks. Whereas strikes in the previous options made a political point, the goal here would be to reduce Iranian military capabilities and force the Iranians to negotiate.

5. “Quarantine” Iran. This option combines aggression and passivity. A “quarantine” would blockade Iranian ports or, if less stringent, might entail searching ships entering or leaving Iranian waters for cargoes contravening the sanctions. It would be aggressive because it would threaten the Iranian economy; it would be passive because the Iranians would have to make the first move. A tight “quarantine” would threaten the stability of the Iranian regime, but that seems less likely with the hawkish John Bolton now gone as national security advisor. A looser inspection regime would link the actions to the previous sanction policy.

Thread: Could this missile wreckage prove Iran was behind oil plant attack? Rocket COULD NOT have been launched from Yemen, experts claim, as Saudi Arabi

Saudi Arabian oil supply blown up in what Yemen's Houthis called a drone attack
Washington insists attack involved a mixture of Iranian-made drones and missiles and there is 'no evidence' that it came from Yemen
Experts have begun analysing an image from Saudi social media which shows the wreck of a missile in the middle of the desert which could be linked
Analysts say the missile appears to be a Quds-1, which would rule out Yemen as a launch site and strongly suggest Iraq, Iran or a boat in the Persian Gulf
Saudi has also blamed Iran, and says it is ready to 'forcefully respond' to attack

An image that shows the blown-up wreckage of a missile, allegedly in a desert in Saudi Arabia, is being studied by weapons experts after the kingdom's oil supplies were attacked at the weekend leading to suggestions it could be linked and could rule out Yemen as the launch site.

Analysts said it is not possible to identify where or when precisely the image was taken, but that it appears to be new and does not appear to be edited.

Fabian Hinz, of the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, writes that the weapon shown is likely a short-range Quds-1 cruise missile, meaning it is unlikely to have been fired from Yemen and is far more likely to have come from Iraq or Iran.

Officially, Iran-backed Houthi rebels fighting in Yemen have claimed responsibility for blasts at the Abqiaiq refinery and Khurais oil field which knocked out 5 per cent of the world's oil supply, saying they used drones.

But Washington disputes this - with officials briefing journalists that the attack used a mixture of Iranian-made drones and missiles, with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo saying 'there is no evidence the attacks came from Yemen'.

Saudi Arabia has also said preliminary investigations indicate Iran was responsible and said it is ready to 'forcefully respond', though neither side has provided concrete evidence. Iran denies involvement.

There's got to be some truth to it. Even Jesus is recorded as being able to manipulate his appearance. I think it's possible to be in more than one place at once. Our thoughts travel at amazing speed. I'm unenlightened tho and still ignorant of many truths.
