Thought forms...

Now remember why have been staying out of this thread. You all love feeding your thought forms and duality.
 Quoting: Willow Wood

In your bible, didn't god supposedly tell Moses to make a serpent-head idol? And this had magical properties?

chuckle

What about the magical staff that turned into snakes?

My point is the serpent is universal energy in the end...that can be utilized for good and evil if you have the proper knowledge to do so...
 Quoting: Dreamer 76682459

My Bible? Lol.

To the Egyptians the serpent represented the soul.

To the Greeks owls were wisdom.

Again these are attributes assigned by man. Why not just speak about the concepts instead of holding on to ancient animalism? Can we collectively grow up out of our fairy tales please?

The whole world has given the serpent a lot of power and energy...

Over thousands and thousands of years...
 Quoting: Dreamer 76682459

Man has. You are correct. However, that information was never about serpents it was always about self/humanity and the lower and higher nature of self.

IMO man should cease putting power into objects outside of self because at the end of the day everything spawns from within.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77455211

The ones who live on the land and depend on it for survival especially, know that certain animals possess special energies that can be utilized, just as certain humans do as well...

The 3 snakes are an indication the dreamer is repeating eros and eras mistakes in their life. At some point they expect their nature to overrule others but the fact remains nurture is lacking.
Nature vs nurture.

Scripture as in all writing is layered by human perception. The one who held the staff had more power than that staff. Would you agree with that?

The funny thing is you both can be right even know you are seeing from a different angle.

We should learn from one another's perspective and create a bridge to understanding.

Or we can just argue about snakes and owls and get nowhere and continue to feed our egos. Whatever works. Lol
