Re: What would you say to him?
It makes me happy others can obtain that feeling grinning

I remember the very first time i attempted meditation, maybe 7 years ago... Sat there for 2 hours silencing my mind listening to guided meditation.

I felt a sharp, pressure like pain in the left side of my brain. It slowly moved to the right, becoming in the center of my head, then all the way to the right. I was scared, confused and in pain. I decided to keep silencing my mind and fight through it to see what happened next. It went from the right side, back to the center - right to my third eye, then just like that went away.

Ever since then i have been able to get into a meditative state very easily. I can give myself goosebumps and tingles up and down my body almost on command. Without any triggers or anything. Simply shutting my mind off. Basically what ASMR is.

It's all about practice practice practice to etch those neuron pathways - so kind of sounds like you had some blockage on pre-existing pathways that you, sort of, force-cleared. It is said that folk easily re-obtain the level they were at in previous lives before returning to normal advancement levels, so perhaps that could be it. I, of course, am totally over-thinking, over-analyzing, but thank you for sharing.

hf

The work involves having your brain silence itself without silencing it forcibly, the way generally an Anapanasati of some sort, single-pointed concentration, usually on the breath.

Found out by whom? The demons or the ancient race?

But it doesn't matter. He has God on his side and he is not afraid.

And you know what that means: All of his performances will be perfect and flawless. He doesn't even need to understand.

Faith and god eh? Well then it DEFINITELY isn't me! XD
 Quoting: Moira-B069

Haha, predictable.

Faith and god… two Things that aint trendy enough for my daughter.
Bible… book full of shit, has never touched it though.

Why? Cause fuckn Hollywood told you its out. You dont want to be Ned Flanders, you want to be the thight banger Nelson or Bart Simpson.
Who is strong and who is alive? The tested man and the tested Woman. Who is Aware? The God-fearing man/Woman. Who is slave of its human instincts?... You.
The middle path is the best though.

It gets weary having to hold up just one mask.
Gets dirty, you don't have the time to wash it clean, takes some effort to do that.
Why bother with the effort when you can just throw it away and put up a new one ?

After all... is a masquerade.
So enjoy it instead of questioning it chuckle

Big deception you say? What would this be? Are we not already within it, for several years now? Well we still have several centuries of these dark ages, according to Eastern Philosophy.
