5 stars!

Use Xylitol, it is a natural green plant and trees derived sugar 'alcohol' instead of other sugar substitutes because it is far less dangerous than onthers and tastes nearly exactly like sugar. But be very careful not to let your pets eat any of it, it carshes their endochrine system due to a sugar overload and can kill them but not humans, it is 100% safe.

I use xylitol based syrup on all my pancakes and waffles and in the rare occasion that I make ice cream.

Carbs are bad, fats are good. The fat in the cream is actually good for you, but if you add sugar, it becomes lethal, as do most carbs + sugar combinations.

Xylitol is delicious and does not spike blood sugar levels like real sugar does. So does maltitol, but it and other sugar alcohols have more calories.

Try it.
