Different view but it still doesn't show the initial cause of the accident;

Just a guess but I'm betting it somehow involved the car you can see going into the runoff area in the video...the two had probably gotten together somehow.

That's a better video as it shows she was very low (near the wall), and was most likely trying to make a pass while still on the straight away. I'll bet she hit the car in front of her who didn't see her making the move and he moved over as he was starting to slow in order to make the turn. Bad judgment on her part if that's the case to try to make a pass so close to the entry of the turn.

She was backwards as soon as her car entered the video frame. Could have had initial contact with the car that continues to a stop down to the right corner of the picture as she flew into the stand.

There must have been secondary contact with another car's rear wheels after that initial contact which launched her. Her car still was not air born in that video, so something else happened a split second later to launch and even propel her to such an incredible speed.

Judging by her speed, I'd say she thought they were entering a staight-away and she punched it. She realized far too late that the course made a 90 degree turn right there.
 Quoting: Halsey Knox

yeah looked like she was going 100 mph to fast coming

into that curve, meaning she accelerated and did not brake
 Quoting: jake

Again folks...she was already going BACKWARDS before she entered the curve....the accident had actually started on the straightaway.
 Quoting: JustTheFactsPlease

Who cares in the grand scheme of things but her speed tells me she thought the course was entering a straight-away. I'm sure she either came off the wall or another car when she tried to manuever around the slower cars and that is what spun her around. But how else do you explain her speed?!?

Edit: after freeze framing this at around 8 seconds, that initial contact sent her towards the wall. But the wall should have slowed her down, and spun her out. More video is needed from 12:00 recording location (from the media platform) that she hit to see what launched her. Just very bizarre.

There may have been curbing, the red/white lines you see next to wall) , but most race courses do not put curbing against the concrete wall, especially in a high speed zone. It's way way too
dangerous, and this is also an F1 course and there is no way that would pass through the driver's safety committee to have curbing in a high speed zone

Why was she come in in the inside of the marbles before she hit the other car at the turn?

It wasn't because of a pit stop. Did she lose control of the car and went inside of the marbles?

Here a wreck in the same corner from a few days ago with the WTC cars. There is indeed curbing along the inside racing line almost against the wall.

Here's a crash in the same corner from a few days ago with the WTC cars. There is indeed curbing along the inside racing line almost against the wall. And what's even more dangerous is there should be concrete barriers along the inside of the track, not armco. I've seen what crashing into armco can do to an open wheel car. Just look at some videos from 1970's at Watkins Glen with two drivers a few years apart: Francois Cevert (Jackie Stewart's teammate) and Helmuth Koenigg.

Looks like she made wheel to wheel contact while she had the throttle buried well before the braking zone. Once one of these cars gets a few inches off the ground, it will literally fly.
Unfortunate and there’s no way to regain control once it happens. She was going faster than the other cars while in the air because they were breaking down from 120+MPH, she had no breaks.

I consider it a miracle that she is still alive.

I have seen a flurry of F1 crashes. The cars are A LOT heavier than GP2 or F3 cars which are much lighter.

The same crash with a F1 wouldn't have been as bad me thinks.

Latest update:
(auto-translated from German)

Flörsch (17) after eleven-hour operation in intensive care

Sophia Flörsch has survived the intervention well after her horror crash in Formula 3. The 17-year-old remains in intensive care for the time being. That she lives, she owes probably a chain of extremely fortunate circumstances.

After about eleven hours, Sophia Flörsch's father gave a clear all-clear. The operation took a long time, but was "positive," said Alexander Flörsch on Monday evening (local time) in Conde S. Januariio Hospital. The doctors were deliberately slow to avoid "risks".

...
Accident at a speed of 276

Fortunately, the spinal cord was not damaged, Flörsch's father confirmed on Monday. However, his daughter will continue to receive intensive medical care and will spend at least the night in intensive care. That she still lives, she owes probably a chain of extremely fortunate circumstances.

Let's hope she will be able to completely recover from this horrific crash.

The C6 and C7 vertebrae are the lowest levels of the cervical spine, near the base of the neck. Injuries to the spinal cord corresponding to these regions of the spine have the potential to impact everything below the top of the ribcage resulting in quadriplegia.

Though they often have better outcomes than higher cervical injuries, they are still considered incredibly severe because more damage is caused to the central nervous system the higher up in the spine the injury occurs. As is the case with any spinal cord injury, the damage is characterized as complete or incomplete depending on the severity.
