This is a reference to Adam Steltzner, an IMDB-registered ac-tor, who claims to be a NASA employee.

Like Neil deGrasse Tyson, another IMDB ac-tor, Steltzner pretends to be an authority on space, and space-travel.

However, unlike Neil, Adam cannot answer question fucking one about anything space-related, and displays "duper's delight" while pointing-out non-existent "scientists" in his press-conference audiences who might be able to do just that.
