Ive had to survive on $20-$30 in food per week many times to save money or survive. When you eliminate your cravings, it doesn't take as much money to be nourished. Beans & rice or make a pot of soup for the week. Sucks but you won't die. I would rather see the elderly get ebt. Most can't because they make a whopping $1200 a month...Id like to see them be able to enjoy ice cream and steak. 20 year old do not need ebt. This would also phase out much junk foods in our stores. |
