Source from Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council tells me its more likely than not that martial law will be introduced. What's to be decided is whether it will be a regional or national declaration. But President Poroshenko still to approve.

Because he knows he got 0 chance to be reelected, why do not take advantage of martial law and prolong an agony. Nobody can protest, curfew and plus elections will be indefinitely delayed. Brilliant ukie solution I must say.
