Dealing with the border invaders

Each time there is an organized invasion of the border, we need to close the border for 48 hours. Let people get angry at being stranded on one side, missing work, not able to get home for two nights, etc. Pretty soon they will get with the program and support border security. The migrants will accept refugee status in Mexico.
