I was told that entities residing on Earth in higher dimensions (not necessarily visible to us) have totally banned the use of nuclear weapons as they also affect the higher dimensions. Has anyone else heard this, or is there a preexisting thread on this?

Could be because rescue is impossible ...and shit doesnt run at minus 100 Trust me there is aircraft and vehicles capable of running in minus 100. You couldn't purchase it with your security clearance.
