THC can kill cancer cells in a petri dish but that is irrelevant becuase humans are not petri dishes, and killing cancer cells in petri dishes can be achieved by many other things, from heat, acid to bleach.


What most people experience is a Placebo effect with cannabis which in its self is a very powerful thing.
