You know, the thought crossed my mind that he may have died a while ago, and they waited til this particular time to announce it, cause of what is possibly coming down.

3 former Presidents died when I worked for the Federal Government and we were off for the funeral for all 3 of them.

There is something up to close the markets. I can understand closing the government. They don't work anyway so there is no productivity lost there.
