The lemon curd is delicious, very tangy. I think it will taste great on top of stuffing. I don't stuff the turkey I make it on the side and no cranberry sauce because of the sugar, this curd is a much better cranberry substitute. I recommend everyone else avoiding cranberry sauce to eat lemon curd. the casserole dishes came in red and blue and I thought the blue looked less seasonal and now I don't have to ask my oldest back for the dishes she took from me. $16.99 at Aldi for the 2 of dem. Mr braved the grocery today to get a rotisserie chicken so I wouldn't have to make tonight's dinner, too. They have a new sweet & spicy orange chicken we wanted to try. Turns out even though the bag was marked that, it was just a regular chicken. It's still mighty tasty though. He also bought bags of frozen Birds Eye rice since it was BOGO. It's brown & wild rice rice with carrots & broccoli in it. The little one is here and she loves that rice with butter. I heated 2 cans of green beans, too.
