User ID: 74627261 ![]() 12/03/2019 05:01 PM ![]() Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | When the Mrs. is in the hospital and I'm there with her, that's what I fix for my breakfast in their cafeteria. They have yogurt and a variety of fruits and nuts to go in it--it's really good. But sometimes I go for it all and get bacon, eggs, grits, sausage, and have a huge breakfast, but that's not the usual. Quoting: Louis in Richmond I'm amazed at my lack of hunger the past five days, I'm going to try to keep this up, only eating one or possibly two small meals each day. Since the Mrs. and I were both sick we stopped smoking too!! Everything tastes and smells different now, much better!! I only eat 2 meals a day, this parfait was my last for today. I'll drink some broth later if I feel like it. What??? YOU both quit smoking?? That's going to help her arteries a lot too! WOW, keep it up I hope you both stay smoke free! I quit in 2011 on Mr. Chasity's birthday. I'm so glad I did, I spent nearly 20 years trying to quit. Yes, the both of us and we did it for her arterial health!! I'm glad you've stayed quit. For me so far today it sucks much less than it did the first few days. . .
