Re: GRILL CHEESSE N TOMATO SAMMMICH KIND OF NIGHT W/BLACK BEAN SOUP.......ITS RAINING
When the Mrs. is in the hospital and I'm there with her, that's what I fix for my breakfast in their cafeteria. They have yogurt and a variety of fruits and nuts to go in it--it's really good. But sometimes I go for it all and get bacon, eggs, grits, sausage, and have a huge breakfast, but that's not the usual.

I'm amazed at my lack of hunger the past five days, I'm going to try to keep this up, only eating one or possibly two small meals each day.

Since the Mrs. and I were both sick we stopped smoking too!! Everything tastes and smells different now, much better!!
 Quoting: Louis in Richmond

I only eat 2 meals a day, this parfait was my last for today. I'll drink some broth later if I feel like it.

What??? YOU both quit smoking?? That's going to help her arteries a lot too! WOW, keep it up I hope you both stay smoke free! I quit in 2011 on Mr. Chasity's birthday. I'm so glad I did, I spent nearly 20 years trying to quit.
 Quoting: chasity

Yes, the both of us and we did it for her arterial health!!

I'm glad you've stayed quit. For me so far today it sucks much less than it did the first few days.

lovely!

Today I have a banana yogurt smoothie and some noodles left over. I admit I really liked it! :) I have stuff in the freezer still and some ground beef which usually turns into a meatloaf of some sort. I will have some black bean soup and toasted cheese with tomato later this week as the soup is in the freezer. I love that and still have one lasagna frozen left. and a pizza in there and beer so I can get drunk and figure it all out later! rof

Hugs hugs and hearts!

I wish I had her Sunbeam electric waffle iron, that thing was awesome. You just poured in the batter, shut the lid and the light would go out (or on, 'not sure) when the grid of four waffles it made were done.

have you found the e cigarette forum? just search those words if you need any help or have questions. The people there are the greatest!

What milligram nicotine are you both using? I thought 24 was too high, I started at 18 and slowly worked down to 0 then I switched to straws.

We tried vaping years ago when the technology was very primitive. We've had these since late spring and since then I haven't smoked at work, rather vaped in my office , the move to no smoking sucked but has been rather easy too.

[link to vusevapor.com (secure)]

The Mrs. has gradually moved to use hers vs. cigarettes. She was going through a pack in four days and I was going through a carton every four or five days. Now no cigarettes and very little vape use. I think it will be easy to stop in a few weeks or months with those. We use the 5% nicotine menthol flavor.

A richer flavour and not injected with water like most bacons in Cana-duh. It was the liver that got her...lol...'wtf' I was trained not to eat that was the result but she enjoyed the bacon. Ah, Brie's....I baked the bacon ( no splatter because it was not filled with water), and did them as 2 different meals really...but she tried to gag down a bit of liver to no avail so I just gave her the bacon and carried on eating liver. Had buttery smashed taters too and, if memory serves, steamed peas.

I knew my relationship with the matsutake smelling woman was doomed to failure when I cooked her bison liver and wild boar bacon for our first meal together...lol...she ate the bacon.

Did she at least smell good to you? I just had to look up what she smelt like and intense spicy cinnamon doesn't sound bad.

I bought some more liver today, cow liver. She didn't touch the liver?

We tried vaping years ago when the technology was very primitive. We've had these since late spring and since then I haven't smoked at work, rather vaped in my office , the move to no smoking sucked but has been rather easy too.

The Mrs. has gradually moved to use hers vs. cigarettes. She was going through a pack in four days and I was going through a carton every four or five days. Now no cigarettes and very little vape use. I think it will be easy to stop in a few weeks or months with those. We use the 5% nicotine menthol flavor.

I've had a model like that before. I'v gone through so many types of equipment. I liked the pen battery.

I hope so hard this works for you both this time around! I had no temptations at all when I switched. OMG the bakery flavors were my favorite, key lime pie, sugar cookie, caramel popcorn, my house smelled so good like a bakery!

...

my mother always just coated it in flour salt pepper onion powder garlic powder and pan fry in Crisco back in the day. makes great gravy. you can pound it if you are concerned about some toughness. hf

My mom used Crisco in her cooking too. It doesn't seem to have hurt me.

I wish I had her Sunbeam electric waffle iron, that thing was awesome. You just poured in the batter, shut the lid and the light would go out (or on, 'not sure) when the grid of four waffles it made were done.

yep my mom made the best waffles and corn fritters with homemade apple syrup. Love my mommy! hf

My parents had an apple orchard, mom had apple inside the corn fritters. Oh God they were good.
