Today shall be full of easy. Capturing calm here and there, inside and outside. Black moor goldfish are happy with fresh water. Time for green tea and sunlight.

I wish to start by saying "Thank you" to those that called, texted, and emailed me. Your kindness will never be forgotten.

In a way, you have left a permanent mark you knew not existed.

Good morning everyone.

Best wishes in your [job?] future pool.

Lance I can feel your frustration.

'Got an doc appointment this morning. Not well, no fever, aching everywhere enough to be debilitated and falling, bleeding where I shouldn't be. I'm worried.

I love you all, please be well and value your health and life, each of you.
 Quoting: Louis in Richmond

You look after yourself Louis. God Bless.
 Quoting: Lance Roseman From BC

Thank you my friend. I see the doc in two and one-half hours. Being as ill as I feel yet having no fever has me very concerned.
 Quoting: Louis in Richmond

Me too. I'm worried and can't imagine the pain and fear you must be going thru. I can see the angels leaving from about 100 galaxies away and will be with you in a few days. Stay strong and remember to vibrate like a human for a change. All this higher tolerance vibration can't mend a human.

Thank you dear one. I have been exhausted to the point of sixteen to eighteen hours of sleep daily, yet still dropping to sleep unawares while trying to work.

4 yrs ago, I was diagnosed stage 3 breast cancer, right side. Took a year for treatments and a bunch of little surgeries.

About the third week in March this year, I was told it had come back and we are stage 4. I have 2 places in my spine, my liver, and on Monday I learned both lungs. Multiple lymph nodes.

I’m having a lot of fatigue and cannot get rehydrated

Tomorrow I will go see my oncologist to get a nasal swab done to make sure I don’t have corona, and an echo to make sure my heart is functioning properly for chemo. They are hoping I can get my port next week but if not and the awesome ladies in the infusion dept are ok giving me chemo through an iv, I will start that next week.

My 13 yr old daughter helps me through out the day when hubby is working. She is the best and I rely on her. I’m gonna get through this, it’s just gonna be a little more harder this time.

I ask for prayers for myself and my family especially my daughter. This is something she shouldn’t have to be going through and shouldn’t have to be worrying about losing her momma.

Much love to all of you and thank you for the prayers and positive thoughts. My family and I appreciate all of you.
 Quoting: Sea Island Cotton

Please take care of yourself as well as you can, we will back you with prayers to God, his Angels and the unnamed but ever present willing servants. You will beat this.

I’m on the unemployment. We shut down mid March. The store is reopening with a small crew next week, but I didn’t get called back.
Looks like they’re bringing back the newer and younger associates first.

I am thrilled, excited, terrified and paranoid ~ all at the same time.
 Quoting: mona lizard

Having once depended upon unemployment myself to keep food on the table decades ago I feel your pain and know the unease this causes. It will pass and you will prevail.

You get the extra $600 yet? They are supposed to back pay that and extend it until January. IDK I think that sounds pretty cozy. Plus they might be extending unemployment time too.
 Quoting: chasity

Pretty cool, try to get everything you can, it is your money.

praise the lord~
I just got an email saying I qualify for a min of $106 a week on the PUA-20. (pandemic unemployment assistance). Paying my employees the past year and a half came first, so I have no earnings. :( Monday is another interview...last interview has to go up the ladder for approval. Contracts all on hold. Watching other people begging for money via the internet is tough, bc I know they need it too.

My thoughts are if I can work, my kids will keep plugging along as well. Son is still working his way thru college w ncode, daughter has been zooming consultations in HW. We are survivors.

Patriotism is difficult some times.
 Quoting: pool

Life itself is difficult, but we shall prevail, and you shall have your beautiful bridge and if I have any say, your bedroom easel as well.

My favorite part of the chicken.. I am having an all breast meat sammich on toasted sd with ton load of butter and mayo and some onions and bread and butter pickles. and some lays classic chips and soon a beer2

I see no point in stopping now! rof

Later today I will have a banana yogurt smoothy and I have pulled a sirloin tip out of freezer to slow bake and have some sammiches next week. I have been keeping the cut of meats out room temp for 24 hours before bake. I still think it is more tender then ever before due to that process? not sure?

yeah, definitely living on the edge. the meat is a cross rib roast boneless I just noticed. Never cooked one of those and just fukn stubbed my damn fookn toe ouch owe owe..

gonna chil and find Carl for a moment.. my gawd.. owe
 Quoting: rewind

Stimulus Carl was an unexpected blessing, we still have over 7/8 of the two oz we had left after the economic stimulus we made by my Mrs. sales.

Life has felt at times overwhelming.

Don't forget I am bearing the weight of the four million dollar lawsuit I filed in the United States Court against my bank and their mortgage provider. Companies with teams of lawyers to protect their interests and rape their lendees.

Thursday I was called at home by the lender's chief counsel and emailed Friday by the bank's.

They do not wish this to go to jury trial in Federal Court.

They have teams of experienced lawyers with years of experience.

I'm just 'Joe Public'.

Apparently my 130+ page complaint and subsequent motions filed with the U.S. Court have accomplished their intent and I now have their undivided attention.

Nothing is a done deal until paragraphs are signed.

Until "i"'s are dotted.

Until "t"'s are crossed.

Until a judge writes his opinion and it becomes public record.

But at this time for the first time in four years I can state "I am hopeful".

The stress of the previous four years has turned my hair gray.

Damned sexy, mind you, but gray nonetheless.

Louis has smeared a huge smile across my face!

I read that I need chicory in my life. I was looking for chicory tea every store I went to and I was actually looking for matcha at the Asian store yesterday and came across chicory coffee! The last thing I expected to find.

It's French and supposed to be good for thyroid function. It tastes pretty good, like strong coffee but I always sweeten and cream it up.

Vanilla helps w the cream in chicory as well, esp if the slightest strong.

I am thawing a 2018 pound of ground lamb. Already have the carrots and cabbage cooked... for curry stewp. Looking for an interesting twist, found a site w memories of Portland for me, the theater, the root veggies. all of the above. [link to dishingupthedirt.com]

I just slept another twelve hours, BTW.

Despite peeing blood Thursday and Friday last week, the doctors office found nothing wrong and no detectable blood when I saw them Monday. The nurse that ran the test said she could put one drop of her blood in one-half gallon of water and detect it; she detected nothing in my pee. Nonetheless I am holding deep concerns.

Add to that the possibility I may be beating the largest mortgager in the US by my carefully worded complaint and motions has me numb and stunned in disbelief [they called me seeking to resolve this]; they will lose in a jury trial.

Now I just need to be organized enough and mentally and physically well enough to argue and win my case before a United States Judge by video conference.

The way this works is like this:

You want two inches.

So you demand two miles so effectively that they will lose if it comes to trial.

They then offer less than two miles.

But anything less than two miles and more than two inches is a win.

I intend to win as far as I can.

Everyone likes stories and I have ablock on the Rhian story as I need a few things to put into context and that is best done at home. The story really upset me in all honesty. So there may be a random story posted...bwahahahaaaa...we shall see!

I’m surprised they didn’t refer you to a specialist ~ Urologist in your case...

Good to hear from you, Louis. kitty
I was worried.

What did the doctor say? You ok?

I just slept another twelve hours, BTW.

Despite peeing blood Thursday and Friday last week, the doctors office found nothing wrong and no detectable blood when I saw them Monday. The nurse that ran the test said she could put one drop of her blood in one-half gallon of water and detect it; she detected nothing in my pee. Nonetheless I am holding deep concerns.

MY grandfather (biological) was told he had prostate cancer when we was in his late 60's (never met him, dunno the actual age). He went home and puttered around in his shop/farm for the next 12 years doing nothing different and died in his sleep from a stroke/anyeurism.
Silencing yourself and living in the dark just means you've left yourself exposed to the type of people who wander the dark looking for victims who won't scream. TlvmmCpoft!

Until you go out on a limb, you do not know if the branch will hold.

You must take your opponent into a deep dark forest, where 2+2=5 and the path leading out is only wide enough for one. Mikhail Tal (Q Learn Chess)

Not cancer, but my father had enlarged prostate issues when I took over his care. Destroyed his quality of life, I fed him raw pumpkin seeds and hoped for the best. He was well into his 80s.

Thank you all. Yes I sometimes forget the judge can rule as he sees fit. He already replied to them in late March that he will not answer their questions as it would amount to his giving a legal opinion.

I saw the PA since I called and needed seen without an appointment. I'll see my actual doctor in June and ask for a PSA test.

I'm too young to die; I require forty years, five months more.

There is an ancient Indian saying that something lives only as long as the last person who remembers it.

My people have come to trust memory over history. Memory, like fire, is radiant and immutable while history serves only those who seek to control it, those who would douse the flame of memory in order to put out the dangerous fire of truth.

Beware these men for they are dangerous themselves, and unwise. Their false history is written in the blood of those who might remember and of those who seek the truth. - Albert Hosteen
