Good morning all!

Cheese, crackers, and an olive--that sounds marvelous and reminds me that I forgot to buy olives when I shopped before my Mrs. trip to visit her retired friends.

Their former agency is having a summer picnic day at the river and my Mrs. will teach them crab catching and the catch will be cooked and eaten.

Those Chesapeake water bugs are $100 a dozen if you buy them online and they ship them to you alive.

She is the fisherman in our family, driving one hundred miles to the river to fish or crab.

Her retired friends, the couple with the river home, even bought her a shirt that reads "Worlds Best crab fisherman." She just replied to a text that it is going great and she'll see me later. So 'sounds like a good event for her so far.

Re: GRILL CHEESSE N TOMATO SAMMMICH KIND OF NIGHT W/BLACK BEAN SOUP.......ITS RAINING
I just realized I got a good bit done this week. I moved an outside table so my Mrs. has a much larger work area as she makes chainmail. It even has room enough for me to take a laptop and second monitor outside so I could work from there during the week, but sadly the sunlight is too bright on both the laptop and monitor so I can't see anything during the day.

This year has been difficult with my limited mobility and my general refusal to allow her to do things for me even if it takes a half hour to get up from my chair and head to the kitchen for a glass of water--I'm not helpless, only stubbornly doing everything for myself.

Then while she was away tanning I replaced a worn out dimmer switch for the dining room lights. The last time I bought one (this switch eleven years ago) they cost about $6 USD, now they are $25 to $35 each but can dim any light: incandescent, LED, or fluorescent.

I then took apart and replaced both the fan speed switch and light switch in the overhead kitchen fan / light.

That fan took me a while to get around to. Every home I have ever lived in is the most haunted place one can imagine and I replaced that fan's light switch a few months ago and then later that night something ripped the fan control chain from the fixture and threw it thirty feet into our den. Poltergeist activity follows me wherever I go. so I have been forced to maintain a state of calm around me.

I just didn't feel like replacing the switch at the time if it was just going to be torn off again. It's been two days now so both the light and fan seem to be safe for now.

On another note, I read the Covid information/daily routine on the large hospital website here. It looks grim people. They are sedating everyone on a ventilator, and only a couple of weeks ago started giving patients steroids to help pull their organ failure numbers down. Basically, 1 in say 17 on a ventilator dies. After they are admitted they say forever their goodbyes to their family at that moment! So, keep your babies at home, no matter what the cost of their sanity!

Doesn't it feel good getting all that done!!!! I have an electrical question for you, so we want to use the dryer in the basement but the switch is on the upstairs. It's wired already for the basement, do we turn off all power just pull it out and plug it into the basement switch?

I took a workout day off yesterday I could barely walk up and down stairs so I trimmed all the bushes outside, everything looks nice and neat and no longer over grown. Then I had the kids help me move the kitchen table and I had them scrub down the walls. I took the mini fridge and drinks down in the basement, I just basically cleared out so much space and it fucking feels so much better. We've been so frustrated because we are stuck here until Mr. Chasity goes back to work and we outgrew this house a while ago, plus the shitty neighbors. But it feels better now and more comfortable. I have my ninja blender and foodi on the counter top in a space that it fits under the cabinet.

Mr. Chasity is feeling way way way better from the c-diff. He has 2 more days of antibiotics and he finally had normal movements yesterday. I'm so thankful he didn't have it as bad as it could have been, he had it pretty bad too. It's hard to imagine c-diff being much worse but it could be.

He wants to be in his tropical paradise Florida room until 8pm every night, he sometimes wants to come inside but he feels like this is his natural habitat out there. We put another huge branch we cut off a tree yesterday in there and I also put his cheap dollar store planter and it looks so much like his room now. Cognition vs Logic:

(1) A bat and a ball cost $1.10 in total. The bat costs $1.00 more than the ball. How much does the ball cost? _____ cents

Say the ball costs X. Then the bat costs $1 more, so it is X + 1. So we have bat + ball = X + (X + 1) = 1.1 because together they cost $1.10. This means 2X + 1 = 1.1, then 2X = 0.1, so X = 0.05. This means the ball costs 5 cents and the bat costs $1.05

Many parts of the US seem to be going to hell in a gucci woven basket. All you ladies. Practice, practice, practice. Join a range and shoot everyday, take training. I'll migrate my story over here at a later date but it is 5:15 in the am, watching a last bit of footy before the sun actually perks up. Not being spoopy...just practical at this point. Re: GRILL CHEESSE N TOMATO SAMMMICH KIND OF NIGHT W/BLACK BEAN SOUP.......ITS RAINING
From the Q thread (the first one)...

Quoting myself from the 1st thread:

Okay, this is a bit of a story and I might name a person, so be it. He is fine.
A fellow named Charles came by my farm one day. He (with his wife and 4 children) were moving to my neck of the woods. He was the Head of Security for the Aryan nations Canada. He was also a Canabbis breeder who had recently gotten out of jail in Saskatchewan) . It seems he was also a corn breeder for agriculture Canada and decided he should breed cannabis in his experimental fields.
So he ended up in jail. Surrounded by First Nations and got the crap kicked out of him over and over again for about 9 months. He BEAT one of the Gracies with a single blow. Those that do know MMA will not get that, he was one tough fellow.
So we chatted for a bit (our farm was kind of a haven for people North America wide who had cannabis troubles, look up Steve Kubby...I think he ran for senate or something in Nevada and he was my neighbour up here for a while).
I asked 'Father Charles' as we called him, why were you the Head of Security for the Aryan Nations of Canada (he protected the American delegates I guess when they came up as well)? It was a family tie he got wrapped up in it seems. As it later turned unfolded, we were both adopted. Myself to a Jwwish/Lithuanian family and he to a British/German family.
As it turns out my background is German/Irish and his is...100% Jwwish. Go figure.
The story he told me about why the Aryan nations existed was that, the CIA would flood North America with people from Latin America, schooled at the School of the Americas who had suffered greatly at the depravities launched upon their communities back home.
These 'gang' members would flood into the US, the 'CIA' would combine them with disgruntled minorities, spread crack and meth throughout the land to weaken the White majority. Then there would be a Race War akin to what is going on in South Africa right now. That was his take on it and I have not seen a shred of evidence to un-convince me that this is not the plan. Get a bunch of bobbleheads wandering around playing with their genitalia trying to figure out what gender they are, a zombified generation who don't know anything aside from what Siri tells them, an under-funded VA so the Vets can die off (tug my forelock to Charlie McGrath) and a Communist funded ANTIFA who at this moment may be training at something akin to the School of the Americas.
ANyhow, Charles left that organization when he found out he was Jwwish and I have not been in touch with him for awhile.

But what PMC did is astounding. The MS-13 combined with all of the larger gangs is a standing army. That standing army was coming for you and yours. They are the Bolshevic Expeditionary Armed Forces. Red Dawn was accurate, but they do not drop from the sky. They are your neighbours mostly.
Just ask Rand Paul.

As always remember
THIS IS NOT A GAME (I ALMOST cursed before game but it is an actual Q quote so I decided not to...reason for edit)

All is right Lance, well recalled and spoke.

I'm feeling a need for one of those chainmail shirts, but I need a light weight one, any ideas, Mrs. Louis??

Good morning Angel, I JUST WOKE UP!!! I slept over twelve hours!!!

I have lost half of the day!

For some reason I'm not hearing them,. We have birds too but it is the cats that awaken me every morning.

Good early! morning sweetness. The day is young, and we are strong. Yesterday was pretty naught taught, I accidentally cut the cable cord yesterday, so RS and I figured out how to play Mario Cart for after dinner entertainment. It was funny! I might have to challenge him to a wii sport and see how that goes or drag out the really old Atari Game console.

I tell you man, he has put an incredible mark on my life with the things he does. No man has ever shown me the domestic equality he shows me. My marvelous hunk beautiful man cleaned my stove top after we cooked. He is a true partner! twirl

Pool I hope to never be on a ventilator, I often feel I'm suffocating now. The ventilator would be a nightmare!

That's awesome--your daughter has the talent!

Thanks for keeping us in your dreams. She made this for Lance [link to imgur.com (secure)]

She working on some chainmail neckties for me. If medieval Knights in armor wore ties they would be made of chainmail.

She is making them in different colors for me, so stainless steel, copper, and niobium. [link to img-9gag-fun.9cache.com (secure)]

Oh my goodness, she is very talented, such intricate work! Yup, she makes stuff that is nothing like the rocks wrapped in wire I was sending her! LOL
 Quoting: chasity

Oh thank you so much, I will share this with her when she returns from the river.

She has done wire wrapped stones as well.

 Quoting: Louis in Richmond

Doesn't it feel good getting all that done!!!! I have an electrical question for you, so we want to use the dryer in the basement but the switch is on the upstairs. It's wired already for the basement, do we turn off all power just pull it out and plug it into the basement switch?

<snip>
 Quoting: chasity

If the two dryer outlets are on a switch, just open that switch (breaker) and move the dryer. I'm not comfortable giving rewiring tips to anyone.

It is always best to turn off the power to any circuits you are working on.

 Quoting: Lance Roseman From BC

I was unfamiliar with that name, mithril, but from looking up pictures of it, it appears she makes that too.

These pieces can be pricey, depending upon the type of metal, the gauge, and diameter of the rings. Some are available ready to use. She uses a mix of rings she creates herself from spools of various size wires as well as those she can buy ready-made. She has put at least thirty hours into making my first tie and is probably only about one-half completed with it.

I searched on line and see completed tops can cost upward of $175. I think it comes down to the price of the metals and the number of hours it takes to fashion something out of them. And if a mistake is made, often the entire piece must be taken apart or discarded and started anew.

There is an ancient Indian saying that something lives only as long as the last person who remembers it.

My people have come to trust memory over history. Memory, like fire, is radiant and immutable while history serves only those who seek to control it, those who would douse the flame of memory in order to put out the dangerous fire of truth.

Beware these men for they are dangerous themselves, and unwise. Their false history is written in the blood of those who might remember and of those who seek the truth. - Albert Hosteen
