It'll be expensive as hell here (well, prolly not lose my soul) but I am determined to do a real fondue...not the crappy shit from a back...pretty soon. I'll do it over Tim's woodstove and invite a few peeps over and experience luxurious food. Get the lobster, do a simple butter ($6.00 a lb here) and garlic for it and a few other seafood things...

And then go to get good cheese and pay for artisan sourdough ($8.00 here). And do a duo fondue over the woodstove. Sounds like a fine idea. BC redneck fondue. Hmmmm...maybe I should start a channel.
