Why do they even have that drug there???
Quoting: Miss Bunny Swan There are times when a patient must be paralyzed to do certain procedures---like intubation of trachea in a patient with status epilepticus. and during certain surgeries. Quoting: MarPep lol...I don't think they use that drug for routine procedures Quoting: Works4Me What is vecuronium?Vecuronium is a powerful paralyzing anesthetic used to keep patients still during surgery. The drug is also used as part of the deadly three-drug cocktail used to execute death row convicts in Tennessee and some other states. In this case, it caused the patient to go into cardiac arrest and led to partial brain death.
