Yep. I find this to be legitimate because of where it is. This is taking place in a Russian documentary or some non-conspiracy type Russian video. It's definitely high definition so it's not automatically video compression artifacts. Especially when video compression artifacts tend to be randomized even in a particular area. This is uniform in both eyes at the same time.

So if it's fake it means this would be an inside job at whoever uploaded the original Russian video. By inside job I mean whoever was encoding and photoshopping this video to make sure it was correctly colored and otherwise the normal post production stuff. I personally don't think that's the case this time simply because it would be a painstaking process to figure out the optimal time to figure out who was doing nothing or seemingly staring out into space for long enough time to choose to edit their eyes for about one second to become reptilian like.

Besides, this stuff has been getting noticed ever since full HD came out on disc and TV. Heck, I remember seeing some of this stuff sometimes on live news back when I had a live TV connection at home. Literally every time there were "glitches" in the signals said glitches would always localize on one or more of the news reporters's: skin, face, (especially) eyes, hands, arms. Generally speaking anywhere there was exposed skin including hair said "glitches" would suddenly become scale like for the skin, hair would suddenly vanish only to show scales and/or horn-like protrusions, and their eyes during such so called "glitches" would usually become reptilian like, but sometimes remain circular. However when this happened their irises would fill out their entire eyes, and take on a very non-human aura or feel to them. I'm not saying evil, good, or Corrupt energies, but just plain non-human energies.

Sure, there are a number of videos out there that are built on the premise of "reptilian anything!" in the worst camera quality imaginable. Those videos I typically outright dismiss since those are almost nothing but video compression artifacts to begin with. The ones I don't outright dismiss such as this original Russian video source that was recorded in full HD quality and in a well lit room.

So I think this is where alot of people are coming from about the "video compression artifact" stuff. So many fools and counter-intelligence agents out there have put out so many poor video quality so-called "reptilian bodily feature" videos out for well over a decade now that most people automatically dismiss the notion of "reptilians amongst us all". It's these high quality videos such as this original Russian video that provide quite intriguing evidence.

Also before I forget yet again in this post, I would like to mention too that there have been a number of people during live news broadcasts out in the open who have actually seen and reacted appropriately seeing someone partially physically shape shift right before their very eyes. These videos made very brief appearances on YouTube before the channels they were associated with were terminated by YouTube. So there is a very low probability that these news clips I mentioned are on the Internet anymore. Perhaps I'm not the only one on GLP who have seen at least one of these videos I have described though.
