Quoting: Hawkshot Rubbish.....Leave would win by a bigger margin....The remain cause is smaller than you think...it's has been built up by the remain politicians and the media....I have only come across three remain voters since the vote two years ago...and i live in the south of England...If anything....alot of those who voted remain will change their mind in a second vote. Rubbish maybe, but consider this, 52% of hardened anti European voted for Brit exit, I being one of those 52%. 48% of voters wanted to remain. So here's my view, what about the 28% who did not vote, in my opinion, part of this 28% did not bother to vote because they thought that the leave support was not there, so why vote. All the leave supporters voted, but I would wager that a fair percentage of that 28% would have voted to stay if they has realised the end result was to leave. With only a 4% difference in leave or stay, those 13 million voters who didn't vote in the first vote could possibly vote remain in a second vote. I am not saying you're wrong, but don't forget, the first vote was only won by a million votes or so, those undecided 13 million voters could well turn the result around in a second vote. And it was only 28% of remain voters who want a second vote....That means alot of remain voters will lose the desire to vote again...I don't see leave voters losing that desire. Doubt that very much. This is probably the most important vote anyone will ever make. The desire is very much there especially as how complacency lost the vote in the first place. Not just complacency. Some didn't know what was for the best. Like offloading a managers job to someone in the crowd who knows nothing about football. |

No fucking way has the military, MI5 or MI6 said they will kill Corbyn if he becomes Prime Minister. If they did say that it would be headline news on every British newspaper and on every British new channel. In fact it would be worldwide news. As it hasn't been headline news you are talking shit. i think it was on the news. Backed up by another poster. you are on ignore. [link to www.telegraph.co.uk (secure)] Nowhere in that article does it say they will kill Corbyn if he becomes Prime Minister. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 28535762 United Kingdom 12/07/2018 11:58 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | From above For some time, however, it has come to seem that although we were offered two choices in 2016, only one of those choices was ever ready to be implemented. For it turns out that ‘Leave’ could not be. Or it might start to be, but we will still have to spend our entire future negotiating our way out of the full thing. Something that may never occur and may well be attempted under a government with a very different set of views. Perhaps it would have been more honest if the voting slip in 2016 had only offered us one box to tick. I’m sure lots of people will say ‘Isn’t that a bit over the top?’. And who knows, perhaps my attitude will change at some crisis point down the road. But the purpose of my saying this is not really to say what I am thinking, but only really to say this: if I am thinking this, what are millions of other people in our country thinking? And what is not imaginable after disenfranchisement on such a scale? <50 |

Not enough tories with the balls to oust her and initiate the vote of confidence. Wouldn't be surprising to see Tommy Robinson and his rabble become violent in their weekend "protest", which would be the best advert possible for remain in a second referendum. Surprise, Surprise, things are slotting nicely into place for the establishment... Last Edited by CoronaCoaster on 12/07/2018 12:23 PM |
