I believe this is the beginning of the end for the EU.
Quoting: JADR+ Germany would roll panzers into Paris before they let France fall into revolution. This will only increase the authority of the EU over the peoples of Europe. I thought the head of the EU was in Brussels. What is Brussels going to do about this rebellion. You think Brussels is going to order troops from Germany into France. Remember, they wanted to form an EU Army for this reason and they didn't.... The only way that Germany can march into France is if Macron cries out for help. Then it is highly questionable that Germany would ever do that. Too many ramifications and connotations. It would be like WW2 revisited. People across Europe would truly rebel... What you guys don't understand, is that the EU armies are already integrated with units of the German military. And if you think Germany doesn't have an army with hundreds of Leopard tanks, well, that's your problem. Yes, Germany has an Army of NATO tanks and supplies. They would need permission from NATO in order to be used for putting down a rebellion in another country. Remember, Germany can't declare article 5 and neither can France, in this situation....
