You misunderstand me. I ask: what is the POINT of nations? They FAIL at protecting their weaker members. They DENY people justice and block off routes where they could get it. They LIE to people to get them to acquiesce. They SUBSTITUTE birth for worth. My nation did not protect me when I needed it, you know it, and so the only reason you are giving me to come back to an abusive home is the threat of MORE violence.

Now I ask myself: if people do not care what happens to me, then why do they hesitate to kill me for disobedience where such hesitation is obviously alien to their nature as KILLERS? I have something they want. You are indifferent at the prospect of killing me. Instead, you find that killing me causes things to happen which the NATION would find undesirable. Outside of this consequence, I still have no value to them.

I tried to kill myself twice to escape this abusive family. I gave up on all prospects of achievement, health and personal satisfaction just to have the peace of mind that came from being away from them and their INSANITY. You want to drag me back, and in the process have proven to me that you didn't protect me because I had no value. You were willing to let me die then for the same reason you are willing to kill me now.

So what value does or should this nation hold TO ME? You invested an outlay of resources to FIND AND TRAP me, and called it 'love.' No, you love your eleven year-old son. You beam with PRIDE when he gets into an argument over his heritage. You relish bloodlust and vengeance as fealty to your ancestors, who are DEAD. And in the name of this PRIDE, everywhere else a SIN to you, you would WAYLAY, ABDUCT, TORTURE and finally MURDER someone who had done nothing to you and who had barely escaped from you with his life.
