I would say forgiveness comes AFTER repentance.

For without repentance you are not offering forgiveness if one is transgressing you, but rather SUBMISSION.

And that is unacceptable among sovereigns.


Having said that, every "nation" is a pyramid scheme you all helped build on the backs of your own kind, MANKIND, and it pits you against one another in a competition for survival.

That is just the TRUTH.

Therefore judgement is upon the "nations" and all who continue to support and defend them until such time as repentance has been made.
