What are you confused about? He said from that perspective it looks flat. To the Observer.  We are constantly told that commercial airline pilots, who fly at between 35,000 and 40,000 feet, see the "Curve", all the time. deGrabAss, in the video, said NO! You cannot see the "Curve" from the altitude at which Felix Baumgartner, jumped. deGrabAss said this. Not me! What pilots? What about passengers? I've flown and I can't say I have seen the curve...are the pilots higher than the passengers? Blow it out yer ass.
