There's no efficient 100% defense for 50 years old ICBM,SLBM. Russians are wasting their $ with hyper-sonic bs; All US and Russian anti-ballistic interceptors can stop a couple of warheads maybe, in a large scale launch, it's enough 1-5% of the missiles to reach the tgt.
