AEGIS Bases in Romania can quickly be converted to fire Nuclear armed Cruise Missiles. Russia has no defence against their trajectory. Russian air defence S400 is geared to intercepting ICBMs coming through Earth stratosphere. Ground hugging Cruise Missiles are virtually impossible to intercept.

After repeated Russian violations of the INF treaty. The United States is now set to exit the treaty. Full responsibility for US exit from the treaty lies with the Russian warmongers.

On the plus side leaving INF treaty will allow United States to legally deploy Nuclear armed land based Cruise Missiles in all of the Baltic States and Ukraine. United States would then be in a position to destroy Russia in under 20 minutes if need be.

In my opinion Low yield theatre based Nukes will play a major part in destroying Russian warmongers forces in the next war.
