There are many great famous people in history and back in like 2018bc or whatever they wrote more books about great people who traveled and had followers and just like the media today people that are famous are focussed on.
Many different storys on jesus too outside the bible like he had 2 kids and died of old age not crusified on a cross.
Natrually more so than not in ancient times tales were made far more ellaborote of who the man actually was.

Here Is the kicker if The god of the bible is all mercyfull then why was he such a vengeful god in the first testerment? Sure maybe Jesus calmed his father down or something however that still does not exsplane the shit that is allowed to happen over earth.
Even people fully faithful to god nowdays tend to suffer whilst the scum that break the commandments live great lifes walking over people.
Sure humankind was givin freewill and all that however surly a all loveing god would interven in stuff and try and stear mankind on the right course again, Maybe resend Jesus just like bible says his second comeing.

Another issue though who knows maybe time in Heaven is far slower than time on Earth heck maybe Heaven has no time however why would god wait over 2000 years with a race moveing futher and futher from his teachings?
Sure there are still many Religious folk but majority of them do not follow the 10 commandments to the core and thus they are not worthy, Course I'm not worthy either as I'm judgeing others however way things are heading hardly anyone will be saved and taken to heaven.
