THE END OF MACRON: French MPs launch 'NO CONFIDENCE vote’ amid nationwide anger
Mr Macron and Prime Minister Edouard Philippe’s popularity ratings hit new lows as the “yellow vest” protests gathered speed, according to an Ifop-Fiducial poll. The young centrist has been hit by a wave of popular discontent over a planned eco-tax rise, which quickly morphed into a broader rebuke of his aloof leadership style and tough policies. Mr Macron’s satisfaction rating fell to 23 per cent in November, down six percentage points on the previous month, the poll for Paris Match and Sud Radio showed.

Now BFMTV says left-wing parties within the French parliament have agreed to discuss a no confidence vote against Mr Macron’s government

French parliament’s left parties to discuss vote of no confidence against government

At least three left-wing parties at the French parliament have agreed to discuss a vote of no confidence against the government amid sweeping protests, against Macron’s policies, which have gripped the country.

“We’ve decided to work together to file a no confidence vote [to the government] next Monday. During the coming days, we will seek to increase the number of signatories. We have to show that other ways are possible,” First Secretary of the Socialist Party Olivier Faure wrote on Twitter, using the hashtag #GiletsJaunes (Yellow Vests).

The rallies held under the motto “on the way to Macron’s resignation” caught the president off-guard in his 18 month in the top job. His approval ratings stand at barely 25 percent as many French citizens view him as elitist and out of touch with the common folk, who are unhappy with many of his reforms, such as tax relief for businesses and cuts to pensioners’ benefits.

Afternoon update -

Emmanuel Macron’s popularity rating crashed below the symbolic 20 per cent mark for the first time today as he predicted “major violence” this weekend.

A spokesman for Mr Macron, speaking about further planned protests on Saturday, has told AFP, France’s national news agency: “We have reason to fear a great violence.”

Originally they called for a reduction in the price of diesel and petrol; now disgruntled groups from Left and Right, including students and emergency workers, have joined the campaign.

Mr Macron’s rating has dropped three points to 18 per cent, the third consecutive monthly drop, according to a poll by YouGov.

Its just a symbolic vote of no confidence.

The chances for it to pass are zero.

However, this Saturday, the people will force Macron to resign, the government to resign and the national Assembly to dissolve.

It will be the birth of 6th republic, the end of France as a nation, or civil war.

Friday's French League game between Thierry Henry's Monaco and local rivals Nice has become the latest to be called off amid fears of more protests over rising living costs.

France has been hit by a wave of national "yellow vests" protests which started in Paris but the unrest has spread across the country.

Paris St-Germain's game against Montpellier and Lyon's trip to Toulouse, which were both scheduled for Saturday, have also been postponed.

France is at crossroads. No President can survive with such low ratings, especially when a massive protest is planned for Saturday, with a clear goal : Macron must go.

Now, will Macron resign?

Or he will push France toward civil war / revolution?

Being the globalist's puppet, I am afraid Macron will pull a Ceausescu.

The sheep voted Macron President and then they went on with a massive follow-up, giving him 313 deputies in the lower house.

Macron has full legitimacy.

I voted Le Pen in both presidential and representatives votes. That goes without saying.

They wanted Macron, now it's their problem dealing with him

Macron will sign Marrakesh, Million more Muzzies will freely migrate to France from Turkey and elsewhere.

All from voter's choice.

Next time they will vote Mellenchon (Migrant lover) and France will go full on Muzztards.

Update:

LREM group president briefly booed in the Senate

After the speeches of several group presidents in the Senate, François Patriat, President of the LREM group, rose to the rostrum but, from his very first words, made himself booed by his fellow senators.

After a quick return to calm, he began his speech, saying that the country is going through a "decisive" moment. Like his predecessors, he spoke of this "anger" felt by the French but asked his colleagues not to "fall into political quarrels". "Let's be discerning and responsible," he says. "The government's responsibility is to engage in dialogue." For him, the gesture of the government to cancel fuel taxes in 2019 will matter "to ease" tensions.
