Let me guess -- the chosenites and Muslims will get all the human hearts available for transplant, and the goys and infidels will get the pigs hearts.

I've a coworker whose mother-in-law is Jewish. She received a valve from a pig as a replacement during heart surgery.

the problem is rejection as any other organ plus the fact that pigs do harbor lots of infections that even under strict farming for trasplant scope could still be a problem and since anti rejection drugs lower the immune system that is like playing russian roulette.
