Facebook spied on Android users’ calls & texts while pretending to care about privacy
Facebook tried to conceal that it was secretly vacuuming up call and text logs from Android users without their permission, newly-released internal documents have revealed.

The hundreds of pages of documents, which were previously sealed as part of an ongoing legal case with a now-defunct app developer called Six4Three, were released yesterday by the British parliament — and they confirm once again that Facebook is more than willing to sacrifice user privacy for company growth.

Writing in an email to colleagues, Facebook engineer Micheal LeBeau acknowledged that it was a “pretty high risk thing to do from a PR perspective” but said it “appears the growth team will charge ahead and do it” anyway.

Not just Android. Happened with Microsoft phones as well.

You made an international call and you'd immediately get "You might be interested in" blurbs about that country and even region in your FB stream.

Just assume everything or phone is you do on any computer is logged, listed to and watched, if they have those capabilites, and it would be about right.

Facebook, the government and 3rd party shady people have access to your child's cell phone video camera and microphone and text messages and phone calls, and location data, and accelerometer data, and fingerprints, and iris scanner data, and barometer, gyroscope, geomagnetic data, and hall sensor, and proximity sensor data.

I'll sue the post out of FB if they did this to me and my phone/data as I have not downloaded their application on my s9+ nor would I.

My personal thoughts & posts are mine alone.
I Love God, Jesus, good people, and the U.S.A. the way the Framers signed the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
In my real world life I don't have a problem with standing up to those with solid evidence of corruption from either side, of any issue or place. Many are they in this world that need to be rooted out.
That makes me a target to be destroyed by very powerful people, I understand this.
At some point we have to stand up for what is right before God. I have done this, lived this way, and will continue to do so till they finish me off or I croak of natural causes.

Re: Facebook spied on Android users’ calls & texts while pretending to care about privacy
Turns out their current thirst for your private data was not enough. The Galaxy S10 has a new sensor, a 3D sonic sensor that bounces sound waves off of your skin. I guess this is a form of 3D sonar, and allows them to more easily see in the dark of your bedroom or bypass the camera lens when you have it covered or taped up.

I guess we might see a nude body, cloth penetrating THZ wave sensor in the S11.
