I suspect that these towers being installed in California neighborhoods, in addition to amplifiers installed on top of power poles and street lights have something to do with why people are losing their minds in these "smart cities" like Portland, Los Angeles, and New York, among others where this system is being implemented. Look up some of the affects that have been reported/documented on plant growth and human cells by these frequencies people are being exposed to, and it's no wonder people are going insane, literally.
