This is breaking via twitter, I don't think the lamestream media has picked up on this yet. An acquaintance of mine noticed that the official site for government data of satellite positions began releasing orbital elements for a variety of military communications satellites including those that are in the MUOS, AEHF, and WGS constellations. He asked them on twitter if it was a mistake. Nope, it wasn't a mistake, it's a new policy.
