Having read Beevor's Fall Of Berlin 1945, the one thing that stands out to me is how the women of Berlin act seemingly normal after having undergone continuous brutal rapes at the hands of the Soviet army as thy occupied portions of the city.
Quoting: nacho daddy they wanted to survive and many did the metoo culture would have been s distraction. biggest things were food, water, and warmth in the winter.
