If it was an American CEO in China and they suspected they broke some Chinese laws, then China would arrest them immediately and they would face prison time too.

Just because one of your citizens gets arrested in a foreign country for breaking the law, and has to have a fair trail and go through their justice system it certainly does not give you the right to threaten that entire country with grave consequences unless they immediately release them..

China needs to grow up or face international consequences..
