Amid layoffs and plant closures, GM wants the taxpayers to pony up $7500 for every EV vehicle sold?

How about if crazy climate changers want an EV, they pay for that EV themselves and not force me to pay for it.

Sounds fair to me.

I wouldn't buy a GM car if you paid me.

Their plan appears to be for them to own the electric companies, then make the public fund EV research, then fund EV cars, so they can then force us to buy their electricity, so they can monopolize it and control everyone.

If its not oil, its electricity.

This is what we need to do for almost all issues. If people want to allow illegal immigrants who are currently inside the USA to stay than a vote should be taken and those who voted in favor of illegal aliens staying within the USA and not being deported (and these illegal aliens have no damaging police records)are then held liable, and financially responsible for every one of the illegals aswell as their children.

Just like you "OP" have stated, those whom voted or vote in favor of climate control are then liable and financially responsible for the costs aswell as any issues that may occur by pushing our nation in such a direction.

Maybe people would think wisely for awhile before making rash and damaging choices on behalf of others who suffer while they do not if these safeguards were put in place. This will ensure that those who make the potentially damaging choices are the ones who bare the consequences
